  In order to provide you with the best product to suit your application needs and the most current pricing, please contact us and we will be pleased to configure and quote a system for you.
 

Placing Orders: Purchase orders can be mailed, faxed to (519) 249-0342 or emailed to us at sales@ice.ca . We will contact you to confirm your order and its logistics.

Payment Terms: Please contact us to discuss payment terms. We accept company cheques, Paypal, money orders or email payment transfer and we will be pleased to discuss setting up an account with credit terms.

Shipping: We ship via most of the major couriers or Canada Post , F.O.B. Cambridge, Ontario. Shipping charges can be prepaid and added to your invoice or we can bill your shipping account. If you would prefer to arrange for an alternate method of shipping , please contact us with the details.

Evaluation Orders: We understand that in some cases in order to properly evaluate our products it may be necessary to confirm its operation with your hardware and software. In order to make this a successful process for you we will discuss your application with you and configure an approriate evaluation platform for you. Our policy is to request that you place a purchase order for this configured product and we will provide you with technical assistance for 30 days to assist you in your evaluation and testing. After this 30 day period, the product cannot be returned for a refund. While we have the highest confidence in our products we also understand that occasionally they may not be acceptable therefore we will allow the product to be returned for a refund within the 30 day evaluation period. The product must be in returned in new and working condition in its original packaging . Please contact us to request an RMA number return the product.
